I am Japanese ,so please forgive me for my poor English. I think not caring about PATM is effective, but were you able to cure PATM completely by it? And do you think PATM is caused by spiritual force? Please tell me your opinion.
I have somethibg in my butt that stays in the air and makes people sneeze. I can keep away bad odor from my butt. Any body know anything about something like this?

Hello r3isha, Im happy I found your forum about this heart wrenching problem I have been dealing with for the past 3 years.
Background: I’m a 20 year old female in my third year of college. I take very good care of myself; if anything I consider myself to be a slight germophobe if you must. I brush and floss twice a day, I shower sometimes twice a day, and I use perfume and scented lotions. In highschool, there was a particular girl who would always compliment me on my fragrance. Naturally, I felt good about it because I often times feel like my perfume “goes away” after an hour of me using it, however, her compliments assured me that even if I couldn’t smell my perfume others still could. Anyways, fast forward I’m a freshman and college and one day I randomly notice that people would often times rub their noses whenever I was around them (much like how you would if you had an itchy nose). I, personally, have found that I rub my nose when I smell something unpleasant, such as body odor, bad breath, etc. so when people started rubbing their noses like that around me I immediately begin to panic. Even when I’m home with my family, my parents, especially, would do the same and when I would ask them about it, they assured me I didn’t stink but that their nose was itchy. My dad in particular is a very straightforward person and wouldn’t mind telling me I had bad breath or had body odor, so that was a little assuring when he said I didn’t. Yet, I would still notice this gesture EVRYWHERE I went. I’ve been to doctors, my dentist, etc. I even plan to go to a therapist because it’s literally ruining my social life. I have bad social anxiety because of this so now when I’m talking to people and they begin to rub their nose, it’s like I immediately shut down and the conversation abruptly and awkwardly dies off simply because I’m afraid that idk I stink or my breath stinks? I’ve asked many of my friends who all stated that they just have itchy noses or they have allergies. And believe or not, the thing sounds PATHETIC to me because now I’m thinking, What? So now EVERYBODY has itchy noses or allergies? Pure BS. I used to be afraid to ask people why they do it when I notice it, but now I boldly do and every time the person doesn’t even realize that they even rubbed their nose. I did have a male friend tell me one time that the perfume I wear is kind of strong, but he never rubbed or “scratched” his nose around me so I didn’t take his comment any serious. This issue has made me so depressed and socially awkward. I already am a person with very low self esteem so this issue has literally turned me into a timid Tina :(. I don’t know what else to do. My dad claims that the only time I will feel satisfied is if someone tells me what I think is true. In other words, the day someone tells me that I have bad breath is the day I would stop speculating why people rub their noses and conclude that whenever someone rubs their nose it’s because my breath stinks; however that’s not the case because I don’t have a breath problem. Idk what to do guys. Like I said, my personal hygiene is top priority for me and doctors claim I don’t have any infections or diseases (GERD, tonsil stones, etc) so I’m not sure why I keep noticing this everywhere. I went to my professors office hours today and he too rubbed his nose quite frequently. Saddened by this, after the meeting, I went straight to my car and cried. This thing is ruining my life and idk what to do about it. I didn’t intend to make this extremely long and I do apologize. Does anyone have any suggestions please?
Can anybody help me please
What r3isha has stumbled upon is that the mind IS what we are. It's where the true power IS. Where the true power can be FOUND. These bodies we seem to inhabit do not have to control us the way we've taught ourselves and been taught they have to and need to. If you think that's just "the way things are," then you'll be right. Give that up if you want to. I'm not going to worry about my stinky nose anymore. r3isha has reminded me that I don't need to. I'm sure I won't have to. Nobody should care if they think I'm wrong - I don't care if they do.
I've changed my mind about everything by being willing to reconsider everything I thought I knew about this existence and great change is finally happening for me. I spent my entire life trying to be what I thought other people wanted me to be and I was as unsuccessful at happiness as will be anyone who tries to follow that same path themselves. A person can NEVER BE what others think they should be. They can only ever BE their self. That's who they ARE.
People chalk up "miracles" to something other than the mind of the person experiencing those miracles - and the world will bring to each of those people who question, the evidence needed to support their contentions.
I would say to those people, as those others on here have pretty much said (to r3isha), "To each his own, I wish you well," but oh, how I wish I wish more people could see what's really going on here on this planet - and that their negativity and fear of others is really the cause of all the world's problems. Positivity can also be called love and love of oneself is the first place to start. At least r3isha gets that much.
Negativity will never work and never has. Show me the proof. Doctors who pay attention KNOW that patients in a room full of people lively with laughter do well and that those all alone and depressed are the ones susceptible to strange infections. It's been SHOWN and KNOWN to happen.
When people's reliance on all that exists apart from self - reliance on science and technology and medicine and military might - has been shown to be unfounded, a new source of reliable power can be found and can come into one's life, if only looked for within rather than without. And as within, so without.
That's the mechanism where true change can be found. It's generally not a way of looking at things that anyone is at all interested in if there's nothing they can see in it for them and particularly if 1) it doesn't go along with what they've been indoctrinated into thinking through other schools of thought their entire life and 2) they're not in a position where they're at the absolute end of their rope.
That self is the being that which we all truly ARE, the one that's okay, the one that r3isha has inadvertently accepted herself as being, that spirit that can control the body, if just given the chance, if just accepted as the imperfect perfect being that we all are. We all have differences, but we're all the same. We're not alone, we're one. So few are even interested... "Let's just keep doing more of the same. It's working."
Yes, of course people will make fun of such things and say that this way of looking at things is absolutely ridiculous and I would say to them, "I also wish you well."
R3sha is living the proof of what I'm saying, and I know she will do well, if she just manages to keep at it and keep it up... Way to come to positivity in your own way, r3isha. Congratulations.
In all of my first 59 years, I had no idea of the returns available by just being my self in the PRESENT. You don't have to wait for future like a carrot hanging at the end of a stick. Don't let others expectations of you or their estimation or judgment of you get you down and you'll go far, r3isha. I know it's working for me.
I hesitate to even say these things and hit "Submit", but won't argue with anyone who disagrees. I won't be back to look and engage. I just know it's working for me. And it will for you too, r3isha. Just give it a chance and it will for you too...
You are not the first person that has come up with this solution on the forum. I personally don't think positive thoughts alone can cure you, but if it's worked for you then congratulations!
In my opinion herpes is a part of patm disease
What do you think causes this negative energy?
Unfortunately delusional people @r3isha make it so much more difficult for others who are really experiencing this problem to find a cure.
I wish you well.
Hi,r3isha.How are you?.Do you have any progress?I think you are on the right way with this.
But what came first? PATM or High anxiety.
I thought having PATM made you highly anxious.
