Does anyone experience sinus problems but can’t get an answ?er

I have had problems sign excess mucus in my throat forever. I have seen some of the otolaryngologists who is head of the department. CT Scans on my sinus. No one can out why I am having this problem. The last ENT I saw said it was mucosal thickening. This was found through a CT Scan sometimes last year. He also said I have something called non allergic rhinitis. I researched it. It is comes from eating too much sugar and unhealthy carbs. Which leads to inflammation in the body. Inflammation can cause a lot of these symptoms we are experiencing. Monday my doctor said I have a fatty liver and she said it comes from too many bad carbs. Well I decided to google if this could also cause mucosal thickening. And yes it is a major problem with fatty liver.

Exacto, el cuerpo esta inflamado. El problema es que pasan los años y no logro encontrar que es lo que lo inflama. Yo tambien tengo mucosidad que baja por atras de la nariz a la boca. El proceso es el siguiente:
Como hay una inflamación constante en el cuerpo, por consiguiente no existe una buena circulación. El aire que respiras no se calienta lo suficiente con la nariz y provoca la mucosidad.
Lo mismo me pasa con los pies y manos, siempre frios.

Exactly, the body is inflamed. The problem is that the years go by and I can't find what inflames it. I also have mucus that goes down the back of the nose to the mouth. The process is the following:
As there is a constant inflammation in the body, therefore there is no good circulation. The air you breathe does not get hot enough with the nose and causes mucus.
The same thing happens with my feet and hands, always cold.

I noticed that my nose , hands and feet are always cold too. If I put a heating pad on my nose it feels so much better. I can also breath better.

My feets and hands are cold too, people that dont have this issue their hands are really warm.

Yes my feet and hands get very cold also. I also fog up windows whether it’s a car or at home.
