Does anyone with PATM suffer from hyperhidrosis?

I have suffered from hyperhidrosis of the palms of my hands since childhood (when I was 7 years old).
I sweat more than anyone else and drink lots of water.

I was afflicted with PATM when I was about 11 years old and have been suffering from it for more than 10 years since then.
People tell me I smell sweaty. (I heard them talking.)

As the story goes, I used to live in an institution due to circumstances. (for about a year).
The food at the facility was terrible, and the food was very lightly seasoned, like hospital food. In addition, there was no air conditioning.
But to my surprise, there were no allergic reactions from the people. And my own sweaty smell was completely gone and odorless.

So I am trying to cure my hyperhidrosis with Chinese herbal medicine, probably due to the increase of sebum.
I am afraid of compensatory sweating if I try to perform surgery.

Should I still restrict my diet?
I try to eat what is good for my body as much as possible, but it is very hard to live on food without seasonings.

You are on the right path. Your diet is key to getting over these symptoms.  I notice that our symptoms vary, and yours in particular sounds manageable.  I agree that dieting not only sucks, but is difficult to stick with as well, but it's one of the key things that will help you overcome this. There was a young high-school boy who used to post on here. He got PATM while in high-scho
ol and was very embarrassed.  He researched what was going on with his body, but instead of doing a strict diet he stopped eating altogether and only drank water for 1-2 weeks. I'm not sure if he was in the early stages of PATM or how long he had it, but this did the trick for him. I'm not saying to go to this extreme,  because most people couldn't do it, but that a good diet will yield results along with vitamins and exercise  between 1-3 months. It won't be easy, but if you can do it, your future self will thank you.

I have noticed something.
1. the color of his stools when he was in that facility were very healthy and he did not have diarrhea.
2.I can eat juice and chocolate up to twice a week with no problem at all.
3. drink only rice and barley tea like hospital food.
Then the quality of sweat changed from the sticky sweat I used to have to a strange sweat. I do not exercise at all.
Then I went home on furlough and smelled my own clothes and they had the worst sour sweat smell.
I forgot to mention the most important thing.
I was 100% cured when I was living this life.
