Has anyone thought there could be some bleeding?

I asked myself what could smell so bad , that it causes these reactions. I mean the smell has to be really bad. We all know that blood has the worst smell. I can smell it in my nose and throat. I was diagnosed with inflammation and erosions in my stomach. There have been some mornings when clearing my throat of morning drainage I see fresh blood. I have always noticed my spit and mucus is pinkish or just not normal. I have always had a bad smell in my nose and throat. Otolaryngologist didn’t see nothing. I think it is the erosion in my stomach bleeds. The smell comes through my nose from my stomach. I know now for sure it is blood. I’m not sure if it is only coming from my stomach. My nose bleeds sometimes too. I think it is chronic inflammation through out the body. I will be getting insurance on February the 1st. I’m going to a new doctor and tell them about the blood. I knew I was always smell something. It is sometimes a sweet , sickly smell. Then it smell like death, sometimes smells like rust. We all know that blood has the worst smell especially if it sits for long time.
