Hello

Hi there!
Has been a while since I last visited this forum!
I have been with PATM for almost 5 years now. It comes and goes, I am sure it has to do with some kind of post-traumatic syndrome or any kind of huge stress. That is it, we have intolerance to stress. Find ways to de-stress yourself, I have been meditating, I'm vegetarian for almost 2 years now, and I'm much happier in my life than before for sure. I have not checked this forum a lot because I see that when we talk about PATM it goes stronger, but I would like to break this barrier.
Namaste :)

ahh, i would like so much to talk to some of you, please add me on skype m.margarida.flor
