I am wondering whether anyone tried the liquid food approach

Here's what I know about my condition. It is mostly something happening in my stomach and intestine and probably released in some weird mechanism which I don't understand. So what If I stop eating normal food and start on liquid food like Soylent .Would the bacteria/fungi/virus be still be able to get the nutrients it needs? Has someone already tried this approach

Hey! I have tried liquid food like Huel, but I got noticable reactions from it. Soy itself is a huge patm generator for me, and so Soylent and Huel just wasn't practical.

I am going to try to make vegetable smoothies a big portion of my diet and cut out meat completely as that will help reduce intestinal inflammation and help repair my damaged intestinal linings.

Please watch the three parts to YouTube video. It’s fascinating the way the body works. Very informative and educational video.

Thank you Ray, I will watch it now!
Very interesting! Time to get the lymphatic system going. Have you had any success in doing that @ray2502?
Yes I have had  success but it has to be a life style change. Cannot do it for six months and expect it to be a permanent fix. You will fill better as time progresses.
