im not covid infected but it was an stressful time.
i found a heathy food kabob, also they have in some restaurants yugourt drink .
avoid the pita bread.
no bread is allowed, avoid conbucha it contains yeast.

bread contains gluten/yeast.
sugar is a fuel for pathogen.
milk ,(lactose) we can not digest it we lack good fermantion
notice u drink coffee and u will feel that sensation on tongue.
coffee is vitamins to it
