Just a hypothesis
Anybody thought about making plastic/polythene undershirts and underpants? This may at the very least help us to diagnose where the odor is coming from.
If it’s from our breath, well this is not going to work. But, if the smell is from, let’s say, underarms, then the smell won’t be able to leave through the undershirts. This may help us to pinpoint the problem and get proper treatment, rather than not knowing where the smell is coming from.
For this to work, the collar, sleeve, etc. needs to be held with the skin with something like a waistband.
