NOT A CURE, BUT MIGHT HELP.

I will not give u guys false hope, this isnt a cure, but I have noticed it does help a little bit. Its resveratrol, am sure some of u have already heard or even tried it. I notice that it does tend to help with the smell reactions (like people sniffing) and stuff like that. Plus it really helps with inflammation, to where I can actually smell myself better. As far as the coughing Ive noticed that when I combine it with a stricter diet, although it doesnt completely stop them, the coughs do seem to be milder, not as rough and also less of them. Keep in mind this is all anecdotal evidence, so try it for urself, dont just take my word for it. One bad thing Ive noticed though, that depending on the brand, when I take a higher dose It does give me headaches and sometimes vertigo so be carefull. You will probably have to shop around a few brands. The pure trans resveratrol does not seem to have these side effects, but Ive noticed that it doent have the same punch as when u take the regular version with the 2 types of resveratrol mixed together, so try for urself and take the good with the bad.

Some Disclaimers:
So far I have not taken resveratrol and also been or adhere to the strictest diet so someone that does might see better results than me, am not sure. Also, I seen somewhere that resveratrol is best absorebed by the body when u take it with a little fat, so there is that. Also Pterostilbene is a molecule almost Identical to resveratrol with a small difference in it, I forgot what the difference is at the moment (sorry) but supposedly their pretty much Identical. Only difference is Pterostilbene is obsorbed at a higher percentage rate by the body. I havent yet tried Pterostilbene but just wanna put the info out there.

The way I found resveratrol was from a study I read online that mention a few things that have been proven to reduce TMA in the body. There were like 5 or 6 things the article mentioned but resveratrol was one of the most accessible things on the list. I think a couple of the other things where like prescription drugs and another couple were some steroids. I dont remember exactly but I downloaded the article somewhere and I can probably find it given enough time.

Thank u for reading and good luck. This is not a cure but might help some of u a little. Remember am only going by what I have experienced.

PS hopefully that TMAO blocker pill comes out soon, and hopefully that can really help us.
