O2 therapy

Hey everyone! So I saw a holistic doctor yesterday and he did ozone therapy on me. I think I’m going to go somewhere else because I didn’t like how the treatment was done. I felt the way he did it was not as effective and it could have been done better.  But with that being said I have to say that I think this one treatment minimized the PATM. This could be in my head because I’ve done so many treatments and taken so many supplements and I always get so excited and talk too soon and then realize that it doesn’t work. And also it’s very subjective. Some days are better than others because I interact with different people a day. And everyone reacts to me differently. Also if someone takes an allergy medication that will change the outcome and they won’t be allergic to me. So the ozone therapy cost me $215. Way too much money. And that’s for 1 treatment. He also charged me for the visit which was $230. Now I think he could have done the treatment better considering I paid so much money but maybe he did that so I can keep going. So I got an IV bag with normal saline. The tech  injected ozone in the bag. But I’ve done a lot of research on ozone and I know that ozone’s half life is about 20 min and then it turns into oxygen. Ozone is what you need because it’s a form of an antiseptic. So she injected it and I was getting the treatment for almost 2 hours. That’s how long it took the bag with ozone to finish. But I know ozone does not last that long. Now I’m sure I received a good amount of it but the rest wasn’t affective. When the treatment was done I confronted the doctor about it. When I told him about the half life he bluntly says who told you that ? And I told him I’ve  done a lot of research on it. Then he goes well that’s why it’s mixed with normal saline so it can last longer. I knew he was lying but I stayed quiet. I didn’t want to argue with him.
I still have PATM but I def feel it’s not as bad as it normally is. I’m definitely going to keep getting the therapy done I think I’m going to find another doctor though. I’ll  keep everyone posted if it truly is effective or not. I really hope this is the cure. I feel more confident today. I was able to talk to people. I definitely feel better today. But only time will tell and I def won’t be cured after 1 treatment. I’m hoping if I continue doing this treatment it will make my condition better. I really hope it does! . Let me know what you guys think. Do you think I should continue doing this therapy?
