Patm vanquished.

My patm is 100℅ gone. I know hard to believe but I haven't received any reactions for five consecutive days. All I did was work with breathing techniques. I don't know if this is a 100℅ cure as I'd give it a year or a few years to see how that gradually changes (if it does). I would say cured would be in the sense that you would stop telling yourself you have patm. That to me is cured. I no longer dwell on people's "reactions" as i do other stuff to occupy my mind since I'm breathing regularly now. I don't worry about breathing (I let it do by itself) and concentrate on other things. Hit me up if you need more advice. ***@****
I deserve breath! Remember you deserve to breathe! Don't forget that. Don't be fearful. Fear is one of the main roots of this patm. Fearful to breathe. Never again friends. No bad thoughts directed to people about my downfall. You don't have to affect people with your feelings and thoughts as you breathe naturally. Fill your head with good thoughts. This by all means doesn't mean just by filling head with good thoughts will take patm away. No. Breathe then come positive thoughts. Do you breathe or think about breathing first? Don't think about breath. Let it float regularly.

I do not have an answer. I am suffering the same thing. Every other testimony here, every other answers, I think I have experience them. You are all right. We have different cause, symptoms, and different answers maybe. Key is, we have to build back ourselves. Something is wrong. I am currently saving money to start my healing process. This is hard for me as I have a lot of responsibility in terms of money. I will start with my mouth and teeth though. Will update here when something changes.

You have got it right,i was able to cure my self 99.9% by not thinking about PATM and breathing too of course.Key is to let your mind not dwell on this whole thing,The day you forget there is something called PATM the day you cure. Now i rarely think about PATM.If you dont think about PATM patm dosen't happen.Break the connection that your mind remmebrs you PATM every time someone cough.Dont give attention to that.with the time it will fade away....

Nothing. Just breathed life back into me. We are scared to breathe. That's our real problems. Not patm. Put it like this way, if we didn't have fear over breathing we wouldn't have patm.
I'd give it a few years of consistency without patm to say yes I am successfully achieved without patm now. Otherwise I'd still get myself. To beleive I have patm.
you control stress and anxiety when you breathe the right way

I'm not banging on about breath for no reason. No products just your natural tendency to breathe. Something we've learnt to halt and narrowly defy. Stop altering your breath. There's nothing wrong with you. Let breath be breath.
