Can you have PAD with zero calicifican in heart arteries?

My feet are like 20 degrees colder than my thighs, gets colder the more south on my body. One doc told me I have narrow arteries.
Bloodwork all normal, heart and valves are perfect with a 50-55 EF but I am constantly freezing, tired, short of breath, leg cramps every night and lost 30lbd is 6 months. Any ideas oh experts? Former smoker of 25 yrs and oh, my groin and upper thigh has dull ache pain and right shin kills to the touch.. “all normal” though.. I suck at being a mom right now and need help. Please!
