Could I be developing a DVT?

I apologize if this isn't the correct community, but it was as close as I could find. I'm a 24  y/o male, somewhat active, I have pre-hypertension (140/70). I work as a delivery driver making maybe 50-60 stops/day. Today I worked from 9am-6pm sitting most of the day aside from getting up to walk a package to the door at each stop, then I drove straight to class and sat/stood for another three hours til 9:30pm. I wear pretty tight socks that usually leave a mark on my ankle which I know is normal, but tonight I noticed a separate lump just above the sock line. It's just below the calf muscle kind of on the inner side of the leg, feels totally hard to touch, wont go away and there seems to be a very slight greenish bruise-like coloring around the edge of it. It feels slightly sore, but pain isn't more than a 1-2/10. Could this be a blood clot or DVT forming? Should I be immediately concerned or is it safe to just watch it for a few days to see what it does?
