Anyone working a physical job after CFS diagnosis?

I have a very physical job working with special needs students - walking in hallways, on stairs and running in PE and recess.  I have Cramp Fasciculation Syndrome and cramp so severely now, I really can't do that job anymore.  Has anyone else had to deal with this?  If so what did you do?  I'm really scared I'll lose my job when school stars in a few weeks.  Thanks for any info!
