Pins and needles/muscle rippling sensations

In every part of my body except my arms and head I have a pins and needles and/or vibrating/rippling muscle sensations 24/7.
Also calf cramps and a twitching of thigh muscles that comes and goes.

Spinal surgeon said it's not from bulging discs as no nerve impingement. Neurologist during phone consultation said it's not neurological but has ordered brain MRI and nerve conduction tests. This has been happening for 11 months none stop and I'm losing the will to live. Has anyone any ideas?
