Accidentally nose middle bone deviated in right side nose and turbinates surgery

Accidentally nose middle bone deviated in right side nose and turbinates surgery and please help me for this case.

Hello,
For such accidental deviation of the nose middle bone, it is advisable to get a CT scan done and then consult an ENT surgeon as you may need to get a surgery done to restore the turbinate. If you mean to say that the septum has deviated then it may need septoplasty.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. I consulted the doctor already and done CT scan then as per the doctor advise I will be getting admited in hospital in coming saturday and sunday(10th June) doctor will do surgery for me.
