Can I get my smile line back?

Hi All, I had a rather large mole removed on the right side of my face, just below the smile line between my nose and mouth. Since the surgery my right cheek has been pulled down and my smile line is lobsided, particularly when I compare it to the left side. I’ve been massaging the scar daily and using the silicon cream I was provided following my surgery, which was three months ago. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get my smile line back so that my face isn’t so uneven when I smile? Thanks
