Endotine surgical implant did not dissolve.

Anyone have experience with surgical implants used during brow lift?

I believe I have an Endotine implant that was supposed to dissolve in 12 months after surgery. It has been 13 years since the surgery and the implant imploded under my forehead skin. I did not even know it was there until this infection and implosioin. Very scary. Caused seizure-like episodes.
