Leg Reconstruction

I've always had large calfs/kankles. Its not because I'm fat its just the way the tendons are arranged I guess. Any way, is it possible to have some sort or reconstructive or reductive surgery to make them look long and skinny like normal legs? It's a problem that has bothered me for a very long time..

Instead of undergoing the trauma of extensive plastic surgery, if what you want is feasible in the first place, why not wear pants instead of skirts and dresses? Hillary Clinton does. She has really awful legs, but no one knows when they are covered up.

You can make a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon and ask about it, but I have not heard of such a procedure...
