I'm considering getting otoplasty. My ears are two completely diffrent shapes and sizes and have caused me alot of self esteem issues since I was very young. Does anyone have any experience with this procedure?

Leah-- my daughter had this procedure done when she was 9 years old in Mexico because I have family there, this was six years ago and she is still thanking me.  It is so important to be comfortable with your looks and the procedure is surprisingly straightforward.  Hopefully your insurance covers this.
