septoplasty headaches 3 weeks post op

Hi, I'm nearly 4 weeks post septoplasty and turbinate reduction. I have had a throbbing headache in my forehead and worse in my neck/base of my skull. Is this normal?  Paracetamol, panadiene forte and endone don't help with the pain at all. I am getting to the point of not being able to cope with it anymore.  Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,  Michelle
