day/night

My little man is only nine days old and still has his day and night confused. Is there any way I can help gradually switch him? Or do I have to wait it out until we get on a schedule? I'm exclusively breast feeding so it's exhausting for me and I've been attempting to take naps during the day but they don't last more than a half hour.

My daughter is a little over 2 weeks old and she has her days and nights mixed up as well. She sleeps most of the dsy and is up all night. But the past 2 nights have been better she only woke up once or twice. So I'm thinking she will just get on a normal schedule herself soon, and hopefully so will your little guy.

My baby had her days and nights mixed up bad! She's 6 weeks old now and sleeps 8 hours at night and just naps during the day. I didn't do anything different. I just let her sleep when she wanted and she just got on a normal schedule all on her own
