I have same feeling about my figure and most depressing thing that can't even exercise to lose the weight. Don't worry dear we have to wait a bit and everything will be same as before xxx

I was drinking hot water by little sips, u know doing something to loose the weight, even if its not a lot, makes me make other healthy choices, I hope I can loose it soon case it makes me depressed and I feel unattractive

Start with warm water and then slowly go for more warm n try until u feel how hot you can drink, l started as same and now I can drink pretty much hot.

I did, its kinda hard to drink plain hot water, I felt nauseous right away, now I add like a 1/2 tsp honey and its easier to drink, how hot is it supposed to be?

T25 is a work out dvd from the creator of insanity.  Its 25 mins straight of hard work out without any rest. You do it 5x a week for 10 weeks and these people look amazing! Look up a video or review on youtube (:
