Gallbladder attacks

Hey there. So for about a week I've been having pain on my right side into my back and middle rib cage. The poos and acid reflux. No vomiting. I've had gallbladder attacks before. But I'm just scared. So any remedies? Am I going to die! Help I'm scared. I do have GERD and Slow Transit constipation. Is this a symptom of my conditions? Also I've been under a TON of stress. Will relaxing help it out some?

Watch what you're eating.  Fatty foods especially will bring on attacks, but if these are truly gallbladder attacks, you need to make sure to go to the doctor to get examined to make sure you don't need surgery to avoid complications.

Thank you! It moved to the middle of my stomach higher up. And a lot of gas. I'm trying to avoid surgery or a doctor.

I really would suggest seeing a doctor, though.  If you're having gallbladder attacks, it's most likely due to gallstones, and if those get in the wrong part of the gallbladder, it can be bad.
