Help.. PCOS

I have suffered with PCOS since forever, I went years without any kind of period, since September last year they have regulated, although this month I have got a brownish spotting that is light, (only when I wipe) this has lasted 4 days and has come 5 days before period is expected! Has anyone had this or know what it is?

Yes, I've had this before. It honestly might be your "cycle" for the month. I've had regular periods for a year and then that happened, I didn't get it for a few months, and then it went back to "normal" for me. PCOS is a nasty, fickle disease and it probably just is the way your body responded this month. I used to get bogged down when it would Halle , especially if nothing changed.. But the sooner I realized that PCOS will do what it wants... I felt better, I guess? Lol
