No periods

Hello, I am very concerned regarding this please guide me. My girlfriend has a very irregular cycle, her last period started on 19th or 20th of November. She has not had her period yet that makes it about 46 days late. We havnt had sex during this period but just yesterday that was the 45th day since her last period, we were fooling around and I ejaculated outside the vagina. and I wiped it off immediately. So my concern is, could she get pregnant? Please respond as soon as possible. Thank you.
A few days later she went to see a doctor. The doctor needed an ultrasound and once that was done, doctor gave her one pill EFASTON(dydrogesterogen) and one powder (myo inositol + D chiro inositol with folic acid)  to dissolve in water and have it before bed
Doctor said take this medication for ten days, and after that you periods will start.
When the periods start some tests are required
But the periods arent here yet not many signs as well.

Please help

I am guess

It is unlikely that she could be pregnant. I am not familiar with those meds but they are probably ones that will force a bleed to thin her lining a few days after she stops taking them.

Hello

The medication was for 7 days. According to the doctor the periods should have started after 10 days in total since the medication started..i guess its the 14th 15th.. day can not even recall properly now..

By any chance is she pregnant??
It sounds like she may have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) which is associated with an irregular menstrual cycle and, typically, only about 4 periods per year. She may need a higher dose or longer duration of the medication (a progestin?) to force a period.
So since those medicines did not work
Another doctor told her to have two pills of gynaecosid (methyloestrenolone 5mg methydoestradiol 0.3mg) picture attached below.
And said will have her period im 24 hours after taking this.
Still no periods.. something scary happened my girlfriend went to pee and blood clots like thing was observed. She is having pain just like thr ones before period type.
But no periods yet.. why is this happening?
Could the blood clots mean she is pregnant?
She should talk to her doctor.
