PCOS

Can women with PCOS loose the belly fat and keep it off? It's so depressing to deal with this.I wear a size 22in womens pants, because of my stomach. But am able to fit into a size 14, without fastening my pants.Just want to fit my clothes comfortably.

Hello!
All of the above is great advice that works well. Plus I've found that every work out if you add a small amount of ab workouts it helps a lot. Just a few slow crunches, planks and some pushups (even if they are from the knees). I have lost 3 inches of my stomach by restricting my diet like mentioned above and also adding the ab workouts. I find it complements the rest of your workout by sort of tightening everything up as you go. It has definitely sped things up for me.
Good luck!

Hey! I was able to lose belly fat by watching my carbohydrate intake. Many times with PCOS women develop insulin resistance which eventually can cause diabetes if not taken care of properly with diet. I would eat 180g of carbs a day. Also, when you are eating carbs, even if its just fruit you need to eat it with a protein. (apple and peanut butter, strawberries and string cheese). Good steps to take to get on track. Carbs are in everything except meat and veggies and some dairy. Also, if you drink any type of diet drink or eat diet food that contains aspartame or any other fake sugars, cut that out. It's very bad for you. Hope this helps! It is possible... just can be challenging at times because I know my body craves carbs like no other.
