Pcod and pregnancy

Hello, i am 22 yrs old married. I hav pcos and was on medication (combined contraceptive pills) frm aug 2015 till may 2016. I was told by a doc tht if i want to get pregnant i hav to stop taking pills and try in the following 3 months. Till june 2016 i was getting my periods on 8th. On july i got my periods on 16th and havnt got periods till now (today is 27th of august 2016). I am experiencing bloating and pain in my pelvic area and sore breasts. I took a home pregnancy test today but it turned out to be negative. Is my pcos not cured yet? What are the chances of me being pregnant? If i am not pregnant then does it mean that my periods became irregular again?  When will i be able to concieve?
