ttc after d&c with pcos

I was recently diagnosed with pcos. I have had irregular periods for as along as I can remember! Last month I went to see my gynecologist  to get on some bc to see if it would help with my irregular bleeding, well now it seems that it got worse! I have been taking lo loestrin fe for almost a month and am double dosing for about a week and the bleeding hasn't stopped, it has slowed a little bit.(did some research about this pill and it seems many other woman have had the same issue, but I am gonna stick with it until my surgery per doctors request.) I have a hysteroscopy and D&C scheduled for Oct. 3rd. So my question is what is the possibility of my chances of conceiving naturally after the d&c with pcos? I also have a thick uterine lining. I am scared because I have researched my issues online and have come up with some scary information, but also I have come across some helpful and encouraging forums. I am only 24 and I have been with my boyfriend for 6 years. We want to have kids and we have done nothing in the 6 years to prevent pregnancy. It was only recently that I have decided to get down to business with my reproductive health and now I am just terrified that I we will never be able to have a child of our own! If anyone has anything they can share about their experiences it would be greatly appreciated!

Just an update surgery went well, not in any pain. They found some tissue that they sent off to the lab and I will know either tomorrow or Wednesday.

I have 1 son. Didn't have Amy probably getting pg with him. Didn't find out I had PCOS until trying for baby 2. Tried 6yrs no luck, even using provera/clomid routine 2 different times. We quit "trying", just relaxed. If we get prego, we do, if not wasn't meant to be. Then what do ya know, Bam pregnant!. Miscarry very early in pregnancy (bout 3 1/2 weeks). Wait til I get period. Then "not" try again. Pregnant again! Miscarry @ 5 weeks. Wait 1 cycle again, then "not try", This time tho takes another cycle yet but I get knocked up yet again! All without meds. But, I have a missed miscarriage this time & need a D&C. So......no ttc for 3months Drs orders to  have testing done. everything comes back "normal" there's no reason why I'm miscarrying so we get the all clear from doc to try again after 2 months off. I take a couple more for me time. I was depressed from all the miscarriages & just run down. I workout, eat better, lost bout 10lbs within those 4-5months. We start ttc again & I am currently 11 weeks pregnant! So far this is the furthest I've been since the birth of my son (healthy 10yr old). We are excited but nervous too.

I have no idea why my body decided to basically get pregnant whenever we sex when for 6yrs, even with meds we couldn't. But I do have PCOS, & even tho I've had 3 miscarriages, I've gotten pregnant 5 times without meds.
