MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
With history of PCOS, irregular periods and inability to conceive, you should consult a gynaecologist for evaluation and treatment. Hence blood work, hormonal assay and ultrasound scan and semen test will help find out the problem. Treatment will be according to the problem and can be in the form of induction of ovulation, IUI intrauterine insemination or IVF in-vitro fertilization. Hope this helps.
Take care and good luck.
