Could i be pregnant? Two weeks late.

Hi i have a feeling i might be pregnant. My last period was on september 31 2015 i am now almost two weeks late! I took a hpt four days late negative and another at one week late negative but thought i seen a faint line but boyfriend said there was no other line at all. The day before and first two days of expected period i was spotting light pink on and off. I only seen it when i whipped after going to bathroom. I feel nauseous on and off at times. Tmi but while having sex when im about to and i do orgasm i get this cramp in abdomin and then goes away after. My uterus seems to be getting bigger as well and very hard along with my lower stomach area. My nipples are a littke sore as well when touched. Im hungry thirsty all the time i get tired easy yawning all day every day it seems like. I do have some dischage thats different but nothing like an infection. Im also really horney lately. I really want to be pregnant but im okay if im not also. Has anyone else had this and they where pregnant. Please help im arlt a lose and kinda scared something could also be wrong if i dont seem to be prenant!!
