Getting pregnant after IUD?

I just got my Skyla IUD taken out. I was wondering if anyone had experience with immediately trying to conceive after getting an IUD removed, and if anyone has had any success.

I just talked to my dr about this because I had my baby and this is the form I choose because she said she's seen woman get their Iud taken out and the next month they were in because they were pregnant already. This is why I chose this method, so when I'm ready for another, I don't have to wait as long.
