Implantation bleeding/cramping 4-6dpo? Is it too early??

We have been ttc for 4 mos now. I am anywhere between 4-6dpo and today started having some cramping and bleeding(looks like older blood not red) this morning. I checked my cervix yesterday and it was still really high and soft with no signs of bleeding but today started the cramping/bleeding. This afternoon the bleeding has stopped for now and cramping has lessened. I have been off the depo shot for 4months now without periods. Have any of you experienced implantation bleeding/cramping this early and do you think that is what this could be? I think it would be too soon for AF since I just ovulated a few days ago. Any opinions/info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and baby dust to all of you

Bodies do weird things sometimes, it does seem early. Stranger things have happened though. Wait and test. How are you feeling?
