Can calcification (bony fragment) in uterus cause infertility?

I had d & c at 13 weeks and after that have been ttc onlg 12 and 14th day from last 6 months. Have tried two iui but failed. dr. suggested lapro hysteroscopy.please suggest do i need surgery or with calcification conception is possible?

I would follow your doctors wishes, unfortunately.  Surgery is always a last resort but it seems the calcification is causing issues.  Let us know how it turns out!

I went through lapro hystroscopy as i had uterus scars sever now dr. Has put iud for 3 months and advised to take hormone medicine after that i can try.
Well, I'm glad at least you have a plan!  What hormones are you taking?
