Missed Period TTC 1 Fallopian Tube WTF!!!!!!!! HELP.....

In 2016 nov I had a surgery to remove my left fallopian tube I was then told the right one was blocked and that ivf was my only chance. Last month I went in to the er where I was told my right side looked completely fine and healthy. this month comes around we have unprotected sex as usual and now AF has not shown her face at all. I wouldn't say I have any crazy symptoms but my breast are sore as if af is coming. I am experiencing on and off again cramping that makes it seem she will be coming. I am however extremely tired most days and if I don't eat I will fall extremely nauseous. otherwise I feel just as if af is coming yet still no sign at all. LMP was January 24th last 7 days I'm usually regular. I'm so scared to test bc that BFN always drives me crazy..... HELP LADIES what do you think ??????

So did you expect AF on the 27th of this month or might it be off by a day or two? I just with this being a 28 day month she may not actually be considered late yet. Wait until like March 3 or 4th and if she still hasn't shown up I'd def test. Good luck
