I couldn't get pregnant for the life of me for a whole year. Started doing ovulation for two months third month took FB fourth month was finally pregnant. I don't share that story much because i am embarrassed. Most people 24yo do not have to try as hard as i did but this is my testimoney for those who are ttc. Good luck

Have you tried fertility blend? I'm young but the reviews on those pills are amazing.

Start taking pre-natal and folic acid now. Folic acid helps prevent spina bifida. Get healthy! Eat healthy and do your best to be HWP or have you BMI in the Normal to Overweight range. If your BMI is Obese it may be more difficult to conceive and you are at higher risk for diabetes during pregnancy. Morbid Obese and it may be even more difficult to concieve. Google Ovalation Charts, Apps, Test Strips....For first 3 months just use the chart or App., have sex every other day between day 14-21 of your cycle (this can be tough when your older, working etc. so don't stress if you miss some days). Have sex in the evening before bed....after he ejaculates, lay on your back with pillows under you bottom for 10-15 minutes, letting gravity help those sperm to swim for the cervix and uterus. Don't shower or sit in bath after sex and do not douche!

If after 3 months you are not pregnant, make appointment with you Dr. They can prescribe pills to assist ovulation, do a pelvic ultrasound etc. to diagnose any issues and at this point, he can get a sperm count performed.

If every other day sex for 7 days is difficult and you have an extra $30-$100 you can buy OTC Ovulation Test Kits....You pee on a stick daily and they tell you when you are most likely ovulating for 24 hours.

I am 43, have not used BC in 5 years with my fiancee and we have sex 2x month....when we decided to get pregnant, I spoke to my Dr. very concerned that I would have to go pay for a bunch if fertility stuff....she told me the above.

We got married in September and only had time for sex 1x 9 days before wedding but it was during 7 day period and I used the pillows...I am 4 months preggers! My BMI has me as Overweight, but things are healthy so far!

Good luck!

We had no problems conceiving over 35.  If you're having issues keep track of the timeframes & get in touch with the doc. It was real obvious when ovulation was occurring.  If it's not obvious to you seek help figuring that part out.
