PCOS

I was diagnosed with PCOS about 3/4 months ago when me and my husband were trying to have a baby.. I just didn't understand my body at all my periods were irregular heavy bleeding it sucked! Once I finally went to the doctors they did a vaginal ultrasound I finally had found the solution to my problem they said I had little cists on my ovaries that causes me not ovulate normally.. This is called PCOS  I've read a little more on PCOS and the effects but I think I have it very little cause I don't get facial hair or any other of the effects.. my question is will I ever be able to have a baby naturally and how can I prevent miscarriage because I've herd it happeneds a lot with PCOS? Help please

I have pcos and I got pregnant using clomid, however my husband has morphology issues so we worked with a fertility specialist. Most women with pcos and no male factor issues can get pregnant with just clomid. There are other medications if clomid doesn't work. As for miscarriage you can take progesterone suppositories to help deter it. That's what I did for the first trimester and we had a healthy baby! Good luck!
