Pcos, Letrozole, ovidrel

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for almost a year, I have pcos and have trouble ovulating on my own and have irregular periods. I've tried clomid and didn't have any luck. My dr put me in Letrozole and I just finished my first round. My period started Thursday 7/23 and I took Letrozole days 3-7. I have now finished Letrozole and am still bleeding on day 8 and I have a baseline ultrasound on Monday 8/3 to check my follicles to see if I am good to take ovidrel. So my questing is, is it pointless to go to the appointment if I'm still bleeding. Is this cycle going to be pointless???

Idk about that but think about taking mucinex / robitussen. It'll soften ur mucus and might get the job done. Also try laying on ur stomach after sex instead of ur back. Or a side. Don't douche (duh) also a trigger shot may be helpful... have you had an hsg? To make sure your tubes weren't blocked? Taking a break from trying also may get the job done. Or going through the motions expecting it not to work so ur stress levels go down w mucinex may help. Good luck!!

I would suggest that you look into Cavassa  on amazon or ebay I've heard that it could help with pocs and regulate the periods and some women who have pcos got pregnant but also with twins because it rises the chances by 50%
