TTC W/PCOS

i have a 20 month old son, when he was 10 months old I was told I have PCOS, is it possible to ovulate without releasing an egg? I have my cycle every month & have taken fertility tests durin my ovulation cycle (according to pink pad) and have been positive for ovulation. We're wanting to get pregnant wth baby #2 and I just wondered if any of you ladies have ttc when diagnosed with PCOS and been successful?

Thanks for all of your feedback & encouragement ladies! We're trying this month, so fingers crossed I'll get a positive test in February! :) we got pregnant the first try with our son in 2012, so I'm hoping we'll be just as successful this time around. I've lost weight since then and am semi-active and I eat a lot healthier so maybe those will factor in too, and not make it as difficult.

I've been diagnosed PCOS since i was 17. I was worried about having kids. But i got pregnant right away with my first and had her at 22. My second kiddo took me about 7 months to conceive and i am now 21 weeks with him.  I didn't have to take anything luckily.  But there are a lot of options if you have trouble. Over researched prescription and herbal options. If you have trouble, id ask your Ob or reproductive specialist.

So sorry to hear about your miscarriage, but I'm glad everything is going good now with your current pregnancy! Did you have to take any Meds to conceive this time or was it natural!?
