at around how much douse smoking/drinking affect the sperm

hi, i am trying to have a child with my girlfriend. i am worried that i might delay the fertility because for a long while i used to smoke about a pack a day of cigarets. recently about 4 months ago i reduced it, now i only smoke about 5 or less every week. also about 4 months ago i occasionally smoked marijuana. i also do drink heavy liquor such as vodka and tequila occasionally, and this has bin going for a while . now after i did some research i know this damages my sperm and i do have a low ejaculation amount but i cant do anything about it now. so i would just like to know around what level do you think my sperm has bin damaged and what do you think the possibility's of getting my girlfriend pregnant are. any answers to this will be appreciated.

Sounds like you need to get your stuff together before you reproduce.  Its not just getting your "girlfriend" pregnant. Being a parent is the most important job of your life.  Sounds like you have growing up to do.

My child's father used to smoke cigarettes all the time and i still got pregnant. As for weed yes that affects sperm greatly I'm not so sure about alcohol.
