herbal supplements for fertility

Any recommendations for fertility aids? I remember using vitex and fertilizers before, but it's been a while. Anyone have success with other products? My cycles are irregular so I'm looking for something to regulate them

i would recommend trying fertility blend for women. My husband and I started taking both the men and women version about 3mths ago and my last 2 cycles have been exactly 29 days which is fantastic after being in both control for so long I rarely ever had periods so soon as I got off I wanted to be sure to get back to normal and I'm pretty sure this helped!! My husband also has low motility and we have noticed a difference in his semen(sorry tmi) but the quantity and density color are all much diff and better. We haven't had another SA yet to see if motility has increased. I would say give the women's version or both men's and women's a try! It's a lot cheaper then even going to a doctor visit for them to start testing and medications. I would recommend Amazon or ebay it's much cheaper but if you don't want to wait GNC sells it.
Good luck!
