no Lamaze classes nearby

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and few days and still havnt found or had a Lamaze class it's my first pregnancy and I'm
Still very curious and havnt had many questions answered about the birthing and delivery process. I'm a worrier and will panick at the last minute. I went on Lamaze.com didnt find anything there  my hospital doesn't provide free classes but only have one 1hr labor and delivery class you have to pay for but i don't have much time left. What can I do to get one on one techniques and help. I don't want to be stressed out at delivery because I'm completely in the dark

Yeah don't worry too much, the classes are nice-to-have but are not vital. You can always find a Lamaze class online and some organizations (even some libraries) offer DVDs at little to no cost. Stay calm and trust in yourself - everything is going to be alright. Good luck mommy!

You could always look then up on YouTube. But trust me once you are there your body will just know what to do. I just had my third son and I didn't take any classes with any of my pregnancies. The nurses in the hospital were like my personal lamaze instructors, they helped me through every step of the way.
