My breast were sore and I didn't even know I was pregnant until I told my friend and said I could be a sign so I took 2 test and came out positive ++++ lol so if I were yu I would get checked out and the discharge might be a yeast infection .

And having to urinate that often with little coming out could be a sign of a uti and that needs to be treated by a dr. Drink water. Cranberry juice helps it also. I was 17 when I had my first born.

Its a possibility. Take a test to be sure. Every woman is different. It could be a sign of pregnancy and it could be a sign your body is getting ready for your period. The only way to know for sure it to take a test.
