could I be pregnant even though my hpt came back negative?

I missed my period for six months been having pregnancy symptoms I brought a home fetal doppler and heard three different heartbeats could I really be pregnant even though my hpt and one at the clinic came back negative. Please help!!!! I looked up what the sounds represented and it said one with the whooshing sounds is my heartbeat the one with the sound like wind blowing through trees is the placenta and the one that sounds like galloping horses is the baby heartbeat.

Oh gosh, well.  Will a doctor do an ultrasound to find out for sure??  I have a 14 year old too.  Whew, teens of that age are a little challenging.  :>))  Anyway, go to the doctor and ask for an ultrasound.  I wonder if you had to if you could go to a 4 d ultrasound place and pay the fee?

Some women do seem to not trigger blood tests.  You haven't had a period for 6 months!  That's a long time my dear.  Have you been to your gynecologist?  This would be smart to do. They can try their doppler, do some blood work, do an ultrasound and get to the bottom of it.  And if not, find out why you haven't had a period!  That's too long to go!  Tell us what is happening with this!

Good afternoon and thank you. Yes we have been trying to get pregnant so long but I've had two miscarriages so we decided to give up and just adopt so I have a 14 year old daughter and a 26 year old son. We divorce three years ago and remarried in April of this year so we decided to try one more time to have a baby of our own so around May I started feeling sick to my stomach and started throwing up I threw up everyday for also three months without having a period I took two hpt and both were negative than I went to a clinic they took one it was negative but I knew that I was pregnant especially when my appetite changed and I was sleeping all day my breasts got larger because I was wearing a 54F now I'm wearing 56G then I started feeling movements in my stomach and now I feel strong kicks to were I can see when she stretches and moves so yes I'm convinced that I'm pregnant.
