To: mjc45Assuming u got pregnant around july 5th u will only be 4 weeks which will conclude why there was no yoke sac, yoke sac usually appear in week 5... You have great numbers so i will suggest u go back in a few weeks for another ultrasound and see then if theres any changes... of not then its possible u have a blighted ovum.... But  I TRULY feel like ur just to early to see anything... .

My RE doesn't do the first u/s until week 6 for that very reason. I asked as I was anxious but he said it was highly unlikely we'd see anything so soon. Just as posted above, wait for your next u/s. Try to be patient and hang in there. .

My Dr insist for another US !
Well ,I have another one  done  again today , during  the US the doctor  was pushing on the lower part of my abdomen looking for the sack  but yet very rough inside my virginal  he finally saw something that could be it but not sure ? I started  bleeding  heavily right on the table ,  then he used a speculum to open me up .but yet  my hcg  level continues to rise. is it possible he dislodge the blood by being too rough I was not bleeding before the procedure , he will repeat the US in 5 days .What are my chances  ? my hope goes up and down.

Sorry for you loss mjc45, no words can convey my sadness at this emotional time, but having been there myself allow yourself the time to grieve and make use of all resources from freinds, relations, counselling groups, books, exercise or forum; and know that it is possible when your ready to become pregnant again- I've been through the MC after TTC with fert specialist and am now expecting again so it is possible :)

There is no reason you cannot move the frozen embryo to another place, they have special cryogenic canisters called dewars that allow for tissue, embryos, or sperm to be transported.

We had sperm shipped to Czech for my IVF treatments, and i know i can ship the frozen embryo's back if i chose to use a US doctor for treatment- not that i will as the cost is so much more over here, than in CZ.

Do not stay with a rough Dr just because you think that as they have your eggs they cannot be moved and you have to stay with him, there are more options available to you than just him.

Thank You for  answers from everyone.   unfortunentely last night was the worst night for me and my family I bleed  and bleed and finaly pass a big blood clot the size of a small baby hand about 2 inch long I refused to go to the ER . maybe or maybe not  ? is it the possibility because of the rough US and  also using  a forcept by the Dr  probably   have  something to  do with  the outcome . I have frozen embryo at that place I can not just go to another fertility place .

I agree: this doctor is too rough, quickly find an other one!

All I can say is that if a Dr was rough enough to make me bleed, I'd find a new one. That is NOT normal.
