39 weeks pregnant and still haven't lost mucous plug?

I'm 39 weeks pregnant and still haven't lost my mucous plug, but my breasts have been leaking constantly. They leaked early in the pregnancy as well but they didn't leak as consistently as they are now. I've also had about one bowel movement a day this week when earlier I was lucky to have one bowel movement a week. I had my ob check yesterday and the doctor said my cervix was softening but was not dilated yet. Should I be worried that I haven't lost my mucous plug yet? This is my first pregnancy please help :)

I agree, many l;adies do not even notice their mucous plug, and many dont loose it until they're fully dialated either, so just because you havent seen any sign of it, theres no need to worry, its a great sign that your cervix is starting to soften though :)

I never lost mine or if I did I never noticed with all three.  Not to sound gross but it could easily drop in the toilet and you not know.  Its nothing to worry about.  Good luck
