43yo DOR losing hope

Hi, I'm 43 yo. DOR, Very low AMH 0.01 , small ovary 18x10x18, antral follicul count 2 super small folliculs on day 4.
I was naturally pregnant 2 years ago and had m/c due traveling with heavy luggage. Now don't even know if I any hope with such a small ovary and did anybody had a similar situation and got natural pregnancy. Menses were reducing since 2011 from 5 heavy days to 1,5 moderate. And OBG said that this is a sign of extreme DOR :(

Miscarriage is due to bad luck (not carrying heavy luggage) so you can't blame yourself.  I agree getting to a fertility expert is your best chance of getting pregnant. Wishing you well and best of luck.

Honestly I wouldn't waste another minute with your ob and head to a reproductive endocrinologist if you are serious about getting pregnant. Time is definitely not on our side :)
