I know it's tough...I've been down that road a few times myself with my hcg level. Like you said you know you can get pregnant and in your case it was probably just a fluke.
Thank you ladies for the comments. It is nice to know that someone understands what I am going through. Sometime I just feel all alone. I have been working with my doctor for about a year now. I had two miscarriages this time last year. They did all the work up to see why I was miscarrying, but did not find anything wrong. They even did that test where they put dye up in your uterus. Everything was fine there as well. She put me on Clomid for a little while, unfortunately I had no luck. With this pregnancy, I have a new doctor due to insurance change. Once all of this is over, they are going to do a work up as well. I guess the positive is that I know that I can get pregnant, we just need to figure out why I can't maintain a pregnancy. Thank You all once again!
I'm very sorry you're going through this. My heart goes out to you. My understanding is that your HCG levels should be rapidly increasing during this phase of your pregnancy and like Yvette says, a drop usually indicates a loss.
Have you been actively working with your Dr. and an RE to increase your chances of having a healthy pregnancy all this time?
There are many very well informed ladies on this site who have been taking steps to improve their chances and they might have some advice for you. I wish you all the best.

The waiting is awful- I have done it twice... i have to agree- the decline in hcg probably means a failed pregnancy.... I have had 2, and also 2 healthy pregnancies.... :( I am sorry.
Declining hcg levels are not a good sign and usually indicate a failing pregnancy. I'm sorry.
