ask if your doctor will prescribe you diclectin for the nausea. it is a mix of vitamin b6 and an antihistamine, which has been used for over 50 yrs here in canada.

i've been on it for the past month and it has really helped with my nausea, though it does make you drowsy when you first start taking it. also, it is pretty expensive, but very worth it from my perspective.

i highly recommend it. good luck!

I am going through a lot of nausea myself (I'm 8 weeks). Haven't dealt with dizzy spells, but for the nausea, I am doing better with peppermints/Mentos rather than crackers. I'm thankful that I am not getting sick in the toilet, but I am still not loving this nausea. I hear the 2nd Trimester is a happier time. I hope you feel better.
