I have talked to my Dr and I'm going in to get a sonogram so hopefully it's nothing serious. I know it's normal to be in pain because it is still very recent since my MC but I just have to make sure everything is ok so we can TTC asap. Thank you for your comment. It's just so sad to know that a MC is so common and so many of us have to be left heart broken.

I had some lingering twinges and found my first few periods after miscarriage to be more heavy (that's not true, truthfully they were so heavy it was scary) and more painful. I still get rectal pain with my period now.

For you it is possible you have retained tissue that is causing the pain. I'd wait until your next period and then if you're still in pain, see a doctor for ultrasound. If you start feeling unwell, get a temperature, or smelly discharge you could have an infection and should see a doctor immediately.

Take care and sorry to hear of your loss.
